618 Premium Garage Floors is a locally owned floor-coating company specializing in epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic systems for garages, shops, and other concrete surfaces.
Backed by professional training and manufacturer certifications, we believe a great floor starts with proper preparation. That's why we focus on meticulous surface preparation, professional-grade materials, and proven installation methods designed to deliver a floor that looks exceptional and performs for years to come.
We don't rush through jobs or cut corners. We focus on one project at a time and do it right.
One job at a time. Done right!™
our philosophy
-
Our focus is on your project. We intentionally take on fewer jobs so we can give every floor the time and attention it deserves. We don't rush from one installation to the next or sacrifice quality for volume. Our goal is simple: deliver a finished floor that exceeds your expectations.
-
We never cut corners. A great coating system is only as good as the surface beneath it. Every project begins with thorough mechanical preparation using professional-grade equipment and is finished with high-performance, commercial-grade coating systems selected for the demands of your space.
-
We stand behind our work because we do the work. Every floor is installed by our own team, with the owner on site from preparation through installation. That means consistent workmanship, attention to detail, and accountability from the people whose name is on the job.
Our process
-
We mechanically grind the concrete with diamond tooling to create the correct surface profile, opening the pores and removing contaminants such as dirt, oil, sealers, and previous coatings. This ensures maximum adhesion and long-term performance.
Cracks and surface imperfections are filled and treated using professional-grade materials. Our preparation process is dust-controlled with HEPA filtration, precise, and designed to create a superior mechanical bond.
-
Once the concrete is properly prepared, we apply a high-performance base coat of epoxy, polyurea, or polyaspartic designed to penetrate and bond directly to the concrete pores. Decorative flake or quartz is then broadcast into the base layer to achieve full coverage, creating texture, durability, and a custom appearance.
-
After the base coat cures, the floor is further prepped before a clear top coat of commercial-grade polyaspartic is applied. This final layer seals the system, providing impact and abrasion resistance, resulting in long-term protection and beautification.
The result: A durable and professional-grade floor built to last. One job at a time. Done right!™
